We had 2 custom bases built to manage workflow. Diane was very helpful with suggestions and tips. She created the bases, made corrections and quickly provided resolution for any bugs. She is a great trainer and provided helpful overview and detailed instruction to our group.

We started using Airtable last year and while we can see the potential the tool has to make a huge impact on our business, Airtable doesn't offer much support for companies to grow + scale the tool. Diane was a life saver! Her thoughtful and educational approach to helping us implement a time off request process in Airtable was invaluable.
